What We Collect

The only data we store is:

• A randomly generated anonymous ID (UUID) created in your browser the first time you use the extension
• The Zillow property ID (zpid) of listings you react to
• The reaction type you selected (e.g. "overpriced")

What We Do Not Collect

• Your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information
• Your IP address
• Listing details such as price, square footage, or photos
• Your browsing history

How Your Data Is Used

Your anonymous ID is used solely to enforce the one-reaction-per-listing-per-type limit and to highlight which reactions you have already submitted. It cannot be traced back to you.

Data Storage

Reaction data is stored in a secure database hosted on Render. Your anonymous ID is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device except as part of an API request to record or retrieve reactions.

Third Parties

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
